After giving a sample for DNA paternity testing or hair drug analysis it is understandable that everyone wants their result back quickly. We are therefore working with our customers to minimise any adverse impact of the upcoming postal strikes on sample deliveries. All samples taken by our hair samplers and home DNA collectors are returned by Special Delivery or Tracked24 (at no additional cost to our customers) and Royal Mail have advised that as many of these as possible will be delivered on the days of the postal strikes.
