4. Arranging the Sampling Appointment
Our experienced customer service team will contact each donor to arrange a convenient sampling appointment.
Cellmark has a comprehensive network of verified international samplers, enabling us to support applicants worldwide. For donors based in the UK, sampling can be completed through:

- A GP from our approved list of sampling locations
5. Attend the Sampling Appointment
Donors attend their scheduled appointment, where samples are collected by a verified sampler following strict chain-of-custody procedures. Once collected, the samples are securely sent to Cellmark's UK laboratory.
6. Laboratory Testing Begins
As soon as the samples arrive at our laboratory, testing commences. Our expert scientists carry out the analysis using robust quality-controlled procedures to produce accurate and reliable results.
7. Receive Your Results
Your report will be emailed to you once testing is complete, within 3-5 working days of the samples being received at our laboratory.
We will send a copy of your report to those parties listed on the Report Distribution section of the registration form. If you require a copy of the report to be sent to the British High Commission/Embassy, you must include those details.
