Our commitment to supporting people with Mental Health issues is evidenced by our extensive training and awareness programme. Our qualified Mental Health Instructor has trained all of our 22 Mental Health First Aiders and over 100 mental health champions. We also have 21 Wellbeing Champions who are passionate about raising awareness and promoting Wellbeing throughout the Company. We provide a free Employee Assistance Programme which has a 24-hour support number and provides both financial and emotional counselling.
